When I joined the family business in 1990 it was a $20 million company. I left the helm in 2023 after growth to $220 million in sales with operations spanning the globe. During those 30+ years, my strategy focused on balancing the four core disciplines—culture, optimization, strategy, and growth, while achieving an average 7.6% compound growth year in and year out.
